This congress is presented as a meeting forum of judicial experts, both criminal and civil, academicians and representatives of the Public Administration. Its purpose is to analyse the reality of the way that the probation, other sentences and open-environment measures are being carried out, in particular, regarding sexual violence and gender-based violence. Another of its goals is to propose action lines to solve the current problems.
