The user has to contact with the service by phone or email, in order to be informed about budgets and facilities.

Once the budget is accepted, the user may bring his/her samples in airtight containers that impede the contamination of the staff and the environment in the event of a spill.

In case of requesting sample analysis by flow cytometry, contact the person in charge of the service to be informed of the sample staining protocols.

If the user works with cell lines of our bank of samples in state of cryopreservation, he/she must follow different protocols for expansion and defrosting.
