Course registration: 'Medicinal and aromatical plants'
Rosemary, sage, fennel, laurel leaves, marjoram... what would be of the Mediterranean cuisine without the aromatic plants? A vegetal group closely vinculated to our popular culture that enhance the taste of our dishes is seems to be essential to the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and perfume industries. Learn to cultivate, care for and preserve them, but also numerous practical applications to get the most out of them.
