Collaborative project to promote the university microtheatre.

If you’re interested in dramaturgy, you can submit your play to: sinmascara@uv.es; deadline is open until October 17th 2021

The play must meet the following requirements: be original and include 5 actors maximum. Themes can be freely chosen, but they must promote critical reflection and respect fundamental rights. Limited to 15 pages, Times New Roman 12, line spacing of 1,5 and all margins of 2,5cm. The performance must be 10 / 15 minutes long

If you want to take part as actor/actress, write to sinmascara@uv.es and attach a short video CV, as well as your contact info. This way, actor and actresses will be included in a selection process and dramaturg finalists will then be able to find candidates for their plays. October 17th is the deadline for the submission of proposals

Should you have been selected as dramaturg, you will receive a mail inviting you to participate in the creative training phase. The prize for being selected includes a masterclass course given to dramaturg finalists by a professional Valencian director

The third phase will be the final gala, on November 29th 2021 at Matilde Salvador Hall, where plays will be presented.  A professional jury will assess the plays. Statuettes and diplomas for best script, best actor, best actress, best cast, best direction and best play will then be given
