BÈRNIA is the result of the union of a group of women who have left their mark on the music industry through their individual projects. In this collaboration, they combine their knowledge and professional experiences to create a musical group in Valencian and women.
The concert starring the musical group Bèrnia at La Nau of the Universitat de València has the title SONS DEL POETA, a show dedicated to Vicent Andrés Estellés for his centenary, where music, poetry and the poet's life story merge. During the show, Bèrnia narrates the life and work of Estellés, interspersing his own musicalizations of poems and musical pieces in Valencian that in one way or another are related to the author. A journey through the emotions and universal themes that Estellés addressed in his work, such as love, daily life and cultural identity.
