The aesthetic experiences –musical, plastic, literary– are frequent in our life, but their explanation and comprehension, as well as the exploration of their potentialities will depend on the application of a scientific perspective that will help us to explain how they are built psychologically speaking, and how could we use their practice to transform it into a preventive activity against social and psychological problems.
