FUROR MATEMÁTICO is a piece of HISTORICAL TRAGICOMEDY. Évariste Galois was a French mathematician who developed new theories and solutions within algebraic equations. UV students portray his personal, professional, social and political life on stage. The text begins with a sentence that heralds the tragedy: “Don’t cry for me. I need all my courage to die at twenty.”

Discussion on Wednesday 20th at the end of the performance with the presence of José Sanchis Sinisterra, author of the text and Ferran Montesa, director of Le Monde Diplomatique.

Theatre tickets can be booked in advance at the Tenda de la Universitat in La Nau and on the campuses, or on its website (http://www.latenda.es/entrades). Each ticket will cost €2.10
