Filmed through the eyes of a director supportive of the Syrian regime, it tells a metaphoric fable on the reality of a country flooded by the murky waters of the Euphrates. A country whose uncertain future seems to be foreseen. Indeed, the passage of time proved the rebel director right. His already “flooded” country is already on the news because of the atrocities it has been put through.
