The photo exhibition "Adapted sport at the square" (El deporte adaptado en la plaza) gathers images from the 1st Adapted Sport Day in Valencia (I Jornada de Deporte Adaptado de Valencia), held at Plaza del Ayuntamiento on the 15th of February 2020 and whose main goal was to give visibility to adapted sport and its sportsmen and women.
The 50 images this exhibition is composed of are the reflection of the experience lived during that morning which saw the participation of more than 300 people and where the sacrifice, effort and the self-improvement of these sportsmen and women to fulfil their goals and dreams became clear.
The photographers are part of Valencian photographic entities such as Agfoval, Foto Club Valencia, Foro Valencia Foto and Solofoto and they have all unified their vision to help us value the importance of the adapted sport practice as a means for inclusion.
