Professor and Researcher at the Center for Arab Studies (Faculty of Philosophy and Humanities) and Professor of the Philosophy Postgraduate Program at the University of Chile; also Chair of "Contemporary Arab World" in the International Relations program at the University of Santiago, Chile.

Rodrigo Karmy Bolton. PhD in Philosophy, University of Chile. Professor and Researcher at the Center for Arab Studies and the Department of Philosophy (Faculty of Philosophy and Humanities) at the University of Chile. Philosopher and writer, he has taught at several universities in Spain and Latin America (UBA and UNAM). He frequently publishes opinion columns in various national and international media, as well as articles in numerous academic journals. He served as Director of Research for the Faculty of Philosophy and Humanities at the University of Chile between 2021 and 2022.
