The exhibition Terra Cultivable, is a work which offers a fantastic journey through the Valencian fertile lands. This proposal suggests a great vision of the reviled and valuable fertile lands, which is represented through his 30 works using mixed technique, combining painting and texture forming a collage.

Thus, Enric Ruiz materializes a reality formed by irrigation canals, furrows in the earth and woodlands through different materials that transform his exhibition into a definitely worth visiting if you are an art and nature lover of our lands.

The author of the work, a professor of drawing and Doctor of Fine Arts, has aimed to represent the real life behind those lands.  He has represent not only the plant life but also the urban life which is surrounded by a political environment that augurs a gloomy and difficult future threatened by urbanisation projects and speculation.

This tour around the Valencian fertile lands promises to be much more than an aesthetic approach inside works of outstanding visual beauty where colours and textures are impeccably combined. Enric Ruiz goes beyond. He increases the value of the landscape triggering viewers’ awareness through art. In the end, as captivating and colourful work as the Valencian fertile land itself.
