UNA HISTÒRIA DE POR (“A STORY OF FEAR")
Escena Erasmus Universitat de València
By Anna Marí and Daniel Tormo.
Directed by: Josep Valero

Fear is a necessary feeling that allows us, as mammals, to be awake and alert to real possible dangers.
Fear is also a disturbance of human soul, which can be provoked by multiple reasons: by the awareness of the passage of time and the finite quality of life, by monsters both real and imaginary or by a dark inherited compulsion that causes our spirits to run cold when confronted with certain kinds of darkness.
Today, Europe faces its old monsters: drums of war and death thunder once again throughout the continent. The darkness brought on by the bombs reminds us that human life is fragile, sometimes even miserable, and riddled with fear.
At Escena Erasmus, we, young people, have decided to extract our fears from the depth of our souls and make them dance and sing about the stage.
Welcome to our story. Come on in. Be not afraid.

These special performances are in celebration of the granting of the Valencian Performing Arts Honour Award 2023 to Escena Erasmus last November.

The tickets to the theatre will be available for reservation in advance in the Tenda of the Universitat in La Nau and at the campuses, as well as through its webpage (http://www.latenda.es/entrades). Each ticket will cost €2.10.
