  After the acceptance in the doctoral programme in Advanced Hispanic Studies, the Doctoral Academic Committee (CAD) will open a personalised doctoral DOCUMENT OF ACTIVITIES for each doctoral student, in which will include the activities carried out in the context of the doctoral programme.

  The tutor and/or director, in accordance with the instructions which on that subject the Doctoral Academic Committee may establish, will indicate the number of activities to carry out and will guide the doctoral student in the choice of the activities. Likewise they will be the persons responsible for authorising and verifying such activities and for maintaining the uploaded registration which will be accompanied by the due reports about the degree of use, work of the doctoral student and monitoring procedure.

  The characteristics, format, support and custody of this document will be adjusted to the instructions established by the Doctoral Committee of the University and the Doctoral Academic Committee.

  Annually the doctoral student will submit the document of the activities carried out to the Doctoral Academic Committee for its assessment, report and approval if necessary, which should incorporate the approval of the tutor and/or the thesis supervisor.
