Abstract
Science parks are often described as physical areas where multiple organizations and knowledge-intensive centers are co-located and where innovation is driven formally and informally. They are considered one of the most popular tools of global innovation public policies today. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze and describe the contribution of value by science parks to the different profiles of companies installed in them. On the one hand, it is about identifying the types of company for which being located in a park can be more advantageous in terms of business growth compared to those companies for which the advantages of its installation may be irrelevant or minor. On the other hand, we want to recognize how the different services offered by the science park to the different types of tenant companies are valued.
