Researcher Helene Berg will teach a seminar within the Doctoral Program on Business Management

Title: “Unwrapping the secret box - Empirical insights from major defense projects in Norway ".

Helene Berg has more than ten years of experience working on public projects at the FFI. Her research focuses on project management and project performance in terms of cost, time and sustainability.

During the academic year 2024/25, Helene is a visiting researcher in the Department of Business Administration.
