New doctoral students

The Universitat de València will publish on the website of the Doctoral School the results of the pre-enrolment according to the pre-enrolment and enrolment calendar for the doctoral course 2024-2025.

Students admitted in a Doctoral Programme in the ordinary phase will be able to self-enrol online, from 10 to 17 October 2024 (until 14:00 Spanish time) .

Those admitted to the extraordinary phase will be able to do so from 9 to 11 December 2024, until 14:00 hours (Spanish time).

Enrolment is online, from any computer or electronic device, using a computer application that allows you to complete all the formalities to formalise your enrolment for the course.

Before starting the enrolment process, you must obtain the credentials (username and password) to access the different services that the UV offers you.

    Access to online enrolment

The payment of the enrolment fees is not done at the moment of the self-enrolment, the receipt will be generated later.

Please take into account the deadlines for the generation and payment of receipts in order to avoid cancellation of the registration due to non-payment.

Acceptance of the enrolment application is subject to the verification, at all times, of the data provided by the student. In the event that the verification process reveals falsehoods, concealment of data or any other circumstance that proves that the person concerned does not meet the requirements for access to university doctoral studies or to continue them, the enrolment application will be invalid and the actions that have been carried out will be invalid.

Second and subsequent enrolments

The renewal of the enrolment for second and subsequent year doctoral students will be automatically done by the Doctoral School during the first two weeks of October.

The Doctoral School will send an email to the student's account (user@alumni.uv.es) during the months of June-July to inform them of the enrolment and, if necessary, to update their personal information and payment details or any other relevant information.

Registration renewal information for the 2024/2025 academic year

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  • Credit card
  • Direct debit to a Spanish bank account: the student must submmit the debit order.
  • Bank transfer: if the above options are not available, it is possible to make a bank transfer to the Universitat de València. To do this, the student will send a ticket to www.uv.es/escola-doctorat/matricula to request the details of the University's bank account. Once the transfer has been made, the student will send a copy of the bank receipt to the same ticket.
