There is a wide variety of public and private entities that participate in our doctoral programme, favouring the development of research in wich teachers and students from programme equally participate.

  • Plena Inclusión Research Contract with Plena Inclusión España to validate the methodology of personalised employment for people with disabilities or problems of development, through a randomized essay with four measure moments: Pre, Post1, Post2 and delayed.
  • Fundación personas y empresas. Agreement with the Fundación personas y empresas to fcilitate modal shift actions between university and company about the leadership compatences for the remote work.
  • Mutua valenciana Levante UMIVALE ACTIVA. Collaboration agreement in training programmes, dissemination and research in the Social Security area. As one of the main results from this argeement, there will be a thesis defended by Mención Industrial, related to absenteeism and which has developed a training programme for middle-ranking.
  • Insituto Valenciano de Investifaciones Económicas (IVIE) is a center dedicated to the development and promotion of economic research and its projection inside the national and international field. From 1994, Fundación Bancaja and IVIE have developed the Capital Humano project, in which data bases have been elaborated with measures on human capital, as well as many researches about its relation ship with economic growth and regional development, work insetion and well-being.
  • The Laboratirio-Observatorio de Salud Laboral desde la Prespectiva de Género de Andalucía (LAOGEN) constitutes a space of reference in the research about occupational healt with gender perpective. LAOGEN counts with a specialist team formed by University teachers and specialists in matter of occupational risk prevention. At the same time, it disposes of a professional panel with a wide professional experience in the field of prevention and search trajectory and the instituional management linked to the prevention of risks. Theis labour focuses on the analysis, monitoring and transfer of knowledge involving the work conditions and their impact in health of workers, considering gender inequality. In the frame of Programa Interuniversitario de Doctorado en Piscología de los Recursos Humanos, LAOGEN propotionates a support environment for doctoral students interested in this line of research, making it easier for them to entry data bases, innovative methodologies and collaborating networks with academic institutions and entities from the work field. A part from this, it increases the dissemination of scientific results through congresses, publications and applied projects, promoting this way the projection and impact of doctoral theses linked to this topic.
  • The Unidad de transferencia de la Facultad de Psicología from the University of Sevilla play an important role in the support of doctoral students from the Programa Interuniversitario de Doctorado en Psicología de los Recursos Humanos. This unity makes easier the knowledge transfer generated in the academic field towards the productive sector and society, promoting the practical application of doctoral investigation. Through their labour, they offer specialised advide in the protection and explotation of research results, promoting the collaboration with companies and entities, and giving support in the management of projects of R+D+I. What's more, it will make easier the access and funding of knowledge transfer, helping doctoral students to materialise their research in applied solutions that contribute to the development of the Human Resources field.
