Doctoral Programme in Medicine
Admission criteria:
If demand exceeds supply, the Academic Committee of the Programme will carry out the selection of students according to the valuation of the following merits:
Evaluation of the academic record of licenciatura (former Spanish undergraduate degree) with level III MECES: up to 65%.
Researching experience: participation in research projects, attendances to congresses and scientific meetings and publications, up to 5%.
Stays in national and international laboratories and/or departments: up to 5%.
Obtaining of aids and pre-doctoral grants: up to 5%.
Professional experience, in areas associated with Sciences and Health Sciences: up to 15%.
Languages of scientific interest: knowledge of languages other than Spanish, such as: English, French, German, up to 5 %, with the following assessment:
- Level A1 (or equivalent): 0.2 points
- Level A2 (or equivalent): 0.3 points
- Level B1 (or equivalent): 0.5 points
- Level B2 (or equivalent): 0.6 points
- Level C1 (or equivalent): 0.8 points
- Level C2 (or equivalent): 1 point
All that with documentary evidence about the merits claimed in the CV.
If the Academic Committee of the Doctoral Studies deems it appropriate, a personal interview with the candidates previously to their admission will be carried out.
