Biography
 

Associate Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Valencia, and Vice-Coordinator at this University of the Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P). She is a member of the Research Institute of Human Resource Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL). Her research topics include work stress, burnout, and leadership and has been published in international scientific journals such as International Journal of Stress ManagementCross Cultural Management: An International Journal; Anxiety, Stress, and CopingJournal of Occupational Health Psychology, etc. She has coordinated a project about work stress and has directed several doctoral theses.

Biography
 

Prof. Aida Soriano (Degree in Psychology -2013- and Doctor in Human Resources
Psychology -2019- by the Universitat de València) is Professor of the Department of Social Psychology at the Universitat de València. Her research activity is carried out within the framework of IDOCAL (https://www.uv.es/idocal), the Research Institute for Human Resources Psychology, Organizational Development and Quality of Working Life. She has published various articles in high-impact international journals such as Applied Psychology: An international Review, Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology or Environment & Behavior. She teaches undergraduate and graduate classes, mainly in social psychology. Her areas of interest mainly focus on the study of workers hedonic and eudaimonic well-being and its relationship with their performance.
