1. Development of a Research Structure (Tourist Territorial Observatory).
It consists in developing a structure as an observatory, especially linked to collect and generate empirical information (qualitative and quantitative) to later get prospective analysis and dissemination of the results obtained. For it, the Chair will have a team of three professors of the University of Valencia (one for each line of research) responsible for providing information to the observatory and generating a quarterly newsletter with the progress of results and an annual report for each of the strategic research lines defined. In addition, within this same structure, a dynamic of internships will be developed (three people per semester), with the aim of completing their training by applying their knowledge in a more applied area.
2. Cycles of Meetings / Conferences / Congresses
Development of meetings, conferences and congresses linked to knowledge areas of interest in the municipality of Cullera, aiming different social groups (businessmen, students, local public managers, general public, and so on).
3. Research Award "Joaquín Olivert".
Development of a research award aimed at unpublished works (final degree dissertation or Doctoral Thesis) whose case study incorporates Cullera among its empirical studies. An economic prize will be granted.
4. Dissemination and Communication of the Chair.
In order to promote the visibility of the activities of the Chair in written media, web spaces, social networks and others. This includes the creation of the image of the chair and the corresponding dissemination instruments.
