The research group Heritage Education for Resilient and Sustainable Societies is dedicated to the study, analysis and development of educational approaches that position cultural and natural heritage as a key resource for building more resilient, inclusive and sustainable societies. From an interdisciplinary perspective, the group investigates how teaching and learning processes linked to heritage contribute to strengthening identity, social cohesion, critical thinking and civic participation in the face of contemporary social, environmental and cultural challenges. Their lines of work integrate, on the one hand, heritage education through different areas of specific didactics, music, language and literature, or communication using active methodologies and digital technology, and, on the other, the culture of risk and resilience in educational, social and sustainable contexts. The group promotes the transfer of knowledge within academia, public administrations and society.

• Estudiar el patrimonio en general y el musical en particular como recurso educativo y cultural y diseñar y evaluar propuestas didácticas para su enseñanza.
• Analizar la eficacia de las metodologías activas y la tecnología digital en la formación universitaria.
• Promover la educación para la prevención de riesgos y la resiliencia a través del patrimonio, así como diseñar estrategias educativas para contextos sostenibles.
• Evaluar modelos y estrategias de transferencia de conocimiento en ciencias sociales.
