Transfer Example: Development of the Entrelíneas Program for the improvement of reading comprehension of Secondary school students

Laura Gil

University of Valencia (Spain)

One of the challenges of the ERI-Lectura is to transmit and transfer the knowledge generated by its researchers to educational contexts. This talk will focus on presenting the development process of the Entrelíneas Program, designed to improve the reading comprehension of students in the four years of Secondary education. The program has been developed by Editorial VOCA in close collaboration with several members of the ERI-Lectura. Its structure and didactic methodology has been designed based on the theoretical framework of PISA and some of the main findings of previous studies conducted by members of the ERI-Lectura.
