
At the Interuniversity Research Institute for Molecular Recognition and Technological Development (IDM), we are pleased to announce great news.
Our centre has been awarded funding under Line 2: Enhancement of scientific units for technology development and knowledge transfer to companies, from the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE+i), through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Programme – Comunitat Valenciana 2021-2027 (projects INNVA2/2025/3 and INNVA2/2025/5).
The approved project, titled “SCIENTIFIC UNIT FOR BUSINESS INNOVATION OF THE INTERUNIVERSITY INSTITUTE FOR MOLECULAR RECOGNITION AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT (UCIE-IDM)”, has received a total funding of €396,130.33.
The UCIE-IDM 2025–2027 aims to consolidate a scientific unit focused on business innovation, promoting applied research through three key missions:
• Facilitating technology transfer.
• Fostering collaboration with the business sector.
• Supporting the creation of technology-based companies.
With this initiative, IDM strengthens its commitment to innovation, competitiveness, and the connection between science and business.
