On July 11th, the act of defense of the Doctoral Thesis of Ana Lázaro Zaragoza, IDM predoctoral researcher, took place. The thesis entitles: "Study of strategies for genetic variant discrimination and detection by optosensing". The thesis has been carried out under the supervision of Drs Luis Antonio Tortajada Genaro and Ángel Maquieira Catalá. The defense took place in the Hall room of the Technical School of Agricultural Engineering and the Natural Environment (ETSIAMN).
