When we do a simple search in , when entering the text, the different subgroups of documents that it contains are displayed: Catalog, Ancient Fund, Articles and more, Roderic, Bibliography by subjects and All.

Once the search is done, we can limit it by different options: Availability, Type of resource, Library, Author, Date.

Depending on the search profile that we have selected (All, Catalog, Articles and more ...), the available filters may vary.

How to use filters: Filters can be applied to include or exclude records from the results. Check the box on the left to include and the one on the right to exclude, then apply the filters.

Expand the results: by checking this option, results that do not belong to the UV collections will be included. Please note that by checking this option, the results will be expanded with content not subscribed by the University, so it is possible that the full text of all the results may not be accessible.
