The community "Research" collects the scientific production of the research staff of the University of Valencia. It contains the following collections:

• Journals.  Contains the journals published by the members of the university community through the OJS platform (Open Journal System). 
• Theses. Theses defended at the University of Valencia. It has been incorporated the theses deposited in TDX and since June 2012, all current theses subject to the new Regulations about deposit, evaluation and defence of the doctoral theses, except the exceptions that the regulations indicate. All theses are available in full text 24 hours after its defence.
• E-prints.  Contains articles published by the researchers of the University of Valencia. It allows the access to the contents through a search system that can be simple or advanced and the browsing can be by categories defined in the UNESCO areas classification. 

The system of research management GREC has a new feature that is being enabled progressively at the Departments of the University of Valencia. At this point you can attached to the information of each article published a PDF file with a full text of the same. If the intellectual property rights allow it, this file will be stored and distributed in open access through RODERIC, where your article will be indexed by Google Scholar among other search-engines. You will obtain data about the use that it has obtained (consults/ downloads). You can export it to multiple web portals such as ResearchGate, RefWorks, etc. The distribution through RODERIC will contribute significantly to increase the impact and visibility of the research produced by the University of Valencia.
