The first CONTD sessions are now of a monumental importance and the evaluation that the organization has made is excellent. This happened mainly because they functioned as a thinking platform among all the actors of the Spanish audiovisual group, about how the present and future digital television should be. Naturally, it was the contents that played the main part at the debates and conferences. But there has also been time to talk about technology, about the part that public administration has in the transition process towards digitalization, and about the responsibility of the public and private broadcasters regarding the urge of creation and talent development. So as to add something new, the sessions have been rebroadcasted live, through the www.uv.es/contd web page in normal resolution and High Definition. We are proud to say that the high quality of the broadcasting brought the organization many congratulations. Even more than that, the great acceptance of the sessions from the public, the professionals and the experts that were present there, encourages us to also participate in next year’s following edition.
