Ana de la Fuente is the veterinary coordinator at the Arnau-Llíria department of the Valencia public health centre. She works in the field of official food control and the prevention of zoonotic diseases. She is also a food safety systems auditor and an official trainer for healthcare staff employed by the Valencian Regional Government.

This was her second consecutive year teaching on the master's programme, during which she delivered a session on food safety management systems. The session generated considerable interest and received high ratings from students due to its practical focus and professional relevance.
