On 25 September, the Deputy Director General of Nutrition at AESAN, Dr Almudena Rollán, presented the topic ‘Towards healthy and sustainable food systems. NAOS Strategy'.
Dr Vicente Calderón, Head of Risk Assessment at AESAN, participated on 30 September, presenting on the topic of Risk Assessment – AESAN Scientific Committee. Due to weather conditions, this class was held online.
Both sessions aroused great interest among the students, who participated actively, demonstrating their interest in both topics.
