
Nother interesting FTALKS meeting was held in Valencia on 18 June, World Sustainable Gastronomy Day (https://lnkd.in/dHUbmQUJ).
The directors of the master's programme, Dr. María José Ruiz Leal and Dr. Patricia Roig Montoya, and master's students attended this inspiring event. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Dr Ramón Lacomba Perales, CEO of Familia Martínez, for his kind invitation and the excellent organisation of the event. Learning about the latest trends in the agri-food sector related to technological innovation and biotechnology was very inspiring for all of us.
