On 6 February, the Innovation Day of the Master's Degree in Food Quality and Safety of the Faculty of Pharmacy was held on Industrial Doctorate.

The main objective of this workshop, organized for the first time in the Master's Degree in Food Quality and Safety, is to increase awareness of the benefits of promoting the training of PhDs in companies in the agri-food sector.

The workshop provided information on the UV's initiatives to promote the training of PhDs in companies, as well as public aid for the co-financing of projects developed in companies.

Companies such as Christeyns España, Dacsa and Familia Martínez participated with successful cases in the training of Industrial Doctors. Moreover, doctoral students who are doing their doctoral thesis in business sector entities, ADM Bipolis, AIMPLAS and CECAV, shared their experience.

The conference was a great success among students and professionals.
