Dr Lidia Gil, RINA Iberia Training Manager in Spain, once again participated as an external speaker to address management systems and their certification in the agri-food sector.

During the sessions held on 15 and 17 October, key concepts such as management systems, the development of standards, their certification and audits were discussed. In addition, current and important topics such as food safety culture, food defence and food fraud were developed, highlighting the job opportunities that quality departments represent for the participants of the Master's Degree.
