The directors of the Master in Food Quality and Safety are scheduled to participate in STARTUP DAY 2025, which is to be held on 28 May 2025 under the title 'Catalysing agri-food innovation'. The event is being organised by AgrotecUV and Biovegen at the University of Valencia Science Park.

The event, entitled 'Startup Day 2025: catalysing agri-food innovation', which was organised by AgrotecUV and BIOVEGEN, focused on the promotion of innovation in the agri-food sector. In attendance at the event were the directors of the master's degree in food quality and safety, Dr. María José Ruiz and Dr. Patricia Roig.

The event, which brought together startups incubated at AgrotecUV, companies from the sector, researchers and investors to explore innovative and sustainable solutions in the agri-food sector, was an opportunity to meet innovative projects and establish collaborations for future editions of the master's degree.
