On Thursday 1 December, the Director of Human Resources of the Atresmedia Group, Lucio Fernández, will give a conference on the keys to the position of Human Resources Director.

Lucio Fernández holds a degree in Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid, an Executive MBA from the Business School and has completed the Telefónica Group's Programme for Executives at the IESE. With almost 30 years of professional experience, he has been working at Atresmedia since 1999, first as Deputy Director of Organisation Development and Training and then as Director of Human Resources of the Atresmedia Communication Group, which currently has 2,000 employees.
