On 23 November, Alma Rodríguez, will teach this seminar for first year students of the Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management.

The masterclass will take place on 23 November at 3:30pm in Classroom 2 A3 of the Social Sciences Building. The class will introduce the concept of resilience at work and discuss how to promote it, putting into practice tools to generate resources in teams and organisations.

Professor Alma Rodríguez is a doctor in Workplace Psychology and is specialised in workplace well-being and people management.
