The academic year 2026/2027 of the UV Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management starts on 14 September with a lecture on international human resources management given by Javier Esteban López de Quintana, CHRO of Antolín.
On Monday, 14 September, the Opening Session of the academic year 2026/2027of the Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management at the Universitat de València will take place at 4 p.m. in the Assembly Hall of the Faculty of Social Sciences. It will feature Javier Esteban López de Quintana, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Antolín, a Spanish multinational company in the field of automotive industry with more than 20 thousend employees and presence in 23 countries. He will give a lecture on international management of human resources.
Javier Esteban has a broad international career in Human Resources Management, leading processes of organisational transformation, talent development, and building high-performance cultures in Europe, United States, and Mexico, and in multinational companies of the automotive components sector, such as Faurencia, Hella, and Bocar.
He combines his executive activity with teaching and the participation in international forums on leadership and talent management. Moreover, he is the author of the "Rompe tus barreras: Cómo conseguir el éxito personal y profesional" (‘Break your barriers: How to achieve personal and professional success’) book, and of a second book focused on organisational execution and the alignment of strategy, culture, and results.
