Celebrates in the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University Nobert Wiener of Lima (Peru) the 30th of April of 2019.

Dra. Dra. h.c. (mult) Silvia Barona Vilar, professor of Procedural Law of the Universitat de València, Director of the ‘Grupo de excelencia MedArbValencia’ of the Universitat de València and lead investigator of the MINECO DER2016/74945-R and PROMETEO GVA2016/111 projects and the professor Carlos Esplugues Mota, professor of Private International Law in the Universitat de València, director of the Official master’s degree of Law, Business and Justice and researcher of the mentioned projects, have participated in the International Seminar ‘Quo Vadis Justicia Civil. De la eficiencia a las garantías, de los tribunales al arbitraje. Solución o problema’ celebrated the 30th of April of 2019 in the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University of Norbert Wiener of Lima (Peru). Along with them, the Dra. Roxana Jiménez, teacher in said university.

After the presentation in charge of THE Dr. Pierino Stucchi López Raygada, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science in the Norbert Wiener and former student of the master in Law, Business and Justice in the Universitat de València (Spain), have participated the professors Barona who talked about the topic ‘Quo Vadis Justicia Civil. De la eficiencia a las garantías, de los tribunales al arbitraje. Solución o problema.’ For his part, the conference of the professor Esplugues dealt with the topic ‘En torno a los nuevos desarrollos del arbitraje comercial internacional”.

Among the public who attended standed out the presence of the former student of the master’s degree in Law, Business and Justice in its fifth edition, Liz López Lozano who went from Chiclayo to attend the event and greet her former teachers.
