Last Wednesday, 25 February, within the framework of the course “Domestic and International Commercial Arbitration and State Courts. Present and Future”, taught by Prof. Carlos Esplugues, the Master’s students had the great opportunity to attend lectures delivered by four of the most renowned professors in Spain in the field of arbitration.
In particular, Professors Iván Heredia Cervantes (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid), Rafael Arenas García (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona), Aurelio López-Tarruella (Universidad de Alicante) and Miguel Gómez Jene (Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia) addressed, in a thought-provoking manner, the most current issues in the arbitration sector. Following their insightful and high-level academic presentations, the students had the opportunity to ask questions and exchange views with the speakers.
