    Opening pre-registration procedure to master studies course 2019-20

    The pre-registration procedure for master's degree studies for the 2019-20 course can be opened until June 19, 2019. Both the university graduates and the student who completes the degree studies in the 2018-19 course can participate.

    Speciliaties in the Master's Degree in Marketing and Marketing Research

    The Master's Degree in Marketing and Marketing Research (MIM), is organised by the Faculty of Economics of the University of Valencia and the Jaume I University of Castellón. The coordinating Departments are: Department of Marketing and Market Research of the University of Valencia and the Department of Business and Marketing Administration of the Jaume I University of Castellón.

The aim of this Master's is the specialised training, both on an academic and researching level, in the marketing field; thus, it can respond to the social demand of university specialists with a solid training for research and decision in marketing. The Master offers four specialties: Communication, Distribution, Marketing Resach (these three are taken at the University of Valencia) or International Marketing (held at the Jaume I University).

    Visit to Fair ENCAJA

    Within the framework of the subject Logistics and physical distribution, the MIM students of the distribution specialty visited the Fair ENCAJA (Fair of the warehouse, distribution and point of sale). The visit was guided by the President of the Fair, Mr. Vicente Marín, who not only illustrated the students about the different automated storage systems, but also introduced them to different executives of the exhibiting companies with which the students had the opportunity to discuss about their different business models.

    The Universitat opens the registration period to apply for its 103 official master’s degrees

    Studying a master’s degree is an important academic decision that provides knowledge and tools that will improve the student’s professional profile and their employability in the world of work and research. The Universitat de València opened in February the first pre-registration phase for 2019-2020 master’s degrees. It will conclude on 19th June.

    Visit to Feria València

    On January 31, the students of the master's degree had the opportunity to visit CEVISAMA (37th edition) at the Feria Valencia exhibition center, the leading international exhibition in the ceramics sector.   Eduardo Teixeira, former student of the master's degree, who holds the position of Head of Promotion & International Relations of the Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair, organized and guided the visit.   During the visit, of 3 hours and a half, the students could see, in a practical way, how the companies in the sector use the exhibitions to apply the concepts explained in the classroom.

    Visit to Coca-Cola

    On December 21, a group of 45 students of the Master visited the facilities of the company Colebega, Coca-Cola brand bottler. The students had the opportunity to know the business strategy of the multinational, and to visit the bottling plant.

    Iberostetica seminar

    On December 18, Mr. Pedro García Belenguer, managing partner of Iberostetica, offered a seminar on the Master's Degree in Marketing and Market Research on how to reposition an existing product line, Segle Clinical, and how to launch a new product line: BioMimetic, both in the dermocosmetic sector. With more than 20 years of experience in the sector, Pedro Garía Belenguer was Marketing Director and Commercial Director of Sesderma for the last six years.

    Opening ceremony of the 18-19 course of the Masters of the Faculty of Economics

    On Monday October 1st 2018, at 17:30 hours in the Hall of the Faculty, will take place the opening ceremony of the 18-19 course of the Masters of the Faculty of Economics. After a few words of welcome and presentation of activities and events for the next course, ee will close the afternoon sharing a coffee networking among all the students and faculty of the Faculty.
