Last Wednesday 5 October the students of the Master’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety of the Universitat de València visited the factory of rosquilletas (breadsticks) Farinetes, in Alzira.

At the visit, the students were able to see the facilities of the factory, which is dedicated to the production and retail and wholesale of elaborated products of bread, bakery, pastries and chocolates, among others.
Besides, in this trip the attendants were able to observe in situ the production process and received a huge explanation by the Manager, Francisco Domínguez and the Responsible for Quality and Occupational Safety, Noelia de la Concepción, about the management systems that are used in the enterprise.
Professor Ricard Calvo was in charge of the visit.
