Last Tuesday 17 December took place the seminar “Bringing the teaching experience closer to the students”
The lecture was carried out by Anna Climent Cascant, professor of Economy in the IES Serra Mariola de Muro (el Comtat).
Anna Climent, who got her Master’s Degree a few years ago, offered to the students of the specialty of Economics a new perspective on the challenges they would face henceforth as well as some useful advise to succeed, all based on her own experience.
She started on the first steps they will take, as Master’s students, such as their internship and the TFM (Master’s degree final project). And she also talked to them about what to expect and how to get the maximum benefit from it. Then, the speaker explained the public examination process step by step and gave several tips on how to succeed and not die trying. Finally, the time to showcase the daily routine of a teacher in a regular high school arrived, bringing them closer to her own experience.
This activity sparked the interest of the students, who seized this opportunity to pose the speaker some questions, which was more of an infinitude of doubts and concerns about their future job in the following colloquium.
