Education, awareness, application of scientific advantages are some of the basic principles essential for understanding the culture of water of the Alto Palancia and its environment, to recognise its importance in the historical organisation of this territory of inland Castellón and to achieve a greater and better use of natural resources.

The conference organised by the Office of the Vice-Principal for Territorial Projection and Participation of the University of Valencia and the Consortium for adults education of the Alto Palancia, in collaboration with the Town Council of Viver and the Institute for Culture of the Alto Palancia (ICAP) will deal with these issues.

The conference is aimed at professors of Adults Education Centres, teachers, researchers, students, associations and the general public.
