Synopsis:
A rusty boat is the setting for this Iranian film, a metaphor about the shapes of power in that Persian country. Poor people have no where to go. Sheltered between the scrap of a ship they try to have a normal life. Meanwhile, captain Nermat, who exercises with authority the power he believes to have for being the owner of the scrap, interposes to the demands of the authorities to leave the boat and brake it up.
