“Paso a la juventud” (Give way to the youth) is a slogan that became common during the Spanish Civil War and that expresses the reality of young people as protagonists of the mobilization, which was build up in Western Europe during the first third of the 20th century. This process also affected the Spanish society. The young become a fundamental support of the Republican side.
