The Office of the Vice-Principal for Territorial Projection and Participation starts the cycle of lectures of the Universitat dels Majors of Massamagrell. This first lecture will be held on 5 November, at 19:00, in the Cultural Centre. Open to the general public.

This cycle is intended to supplement the training offer of Unimajors, whose first academic year started on 17 October. The Lecture, “ Paquito el Xocolatero, de Concentaina a Nueva York: talento, cultura, creatividad y desarrollo regional”, by Pau Rausell, from the Department of Applied Economics of the Faculty of Economics.

The “Universitat dels Majors” arises from the commitment of the City Council of Massamagrell, with the support of the University of Valencia, for education through life and active aging. The programme is addressed to people of 50 years old or older, resident in Massamagrell and in the Horta Nord region, who wish to learn and are motivated by culture.
