This fourth edition of exhibitions on natural areas in Valencia, promoted by the Office of the Vice-Principal for Territorial Projection and Participation, addresses in this case one of the territories in the interior of Valencia. An attractive space of increasing relevance which approaches the visitor who comes from coastal areas with the intention of enjoying its nature, its history, its heritage, its gastronomy, etc.

The work consists of 23 panels produced by the teaching and research staff of most of the faculties of the University (Biological Sciences, Law, Economics, Social Sciences, Geography, History or Faculty of Physical Activity and Sport Sciences), as well as the main research centers, whose studies are related to this privileged natural environment.

The vice principal, Jorge Hermosilla, emphasised the spectacular nature of the exhibition, a pioneer in the history of the Caroig massif and its surroundings, due to its general and multidisciplinary nature, meticulously covering the environmental, landscape, social, economic and cultural components that define this region.

Finally, the Office of the Vice-Principal for Territorial Projection and Participation aims to expose the work in the municipalities that maintain close ties with this area, especially the regions of Valle de Ayora-Cofrentes, Canal de Navarrés, the Hoya de Buñol-Chiva or La Costera. An initiative that pretends to transfer knowledge from professionals in the University of Valencia to the Valencian society.
