This activity holds the following objectives:

  • Toning up the body to deepen and strengthen articulations.
  • Controlling motor skills: equilibrium, coordination and body awareness.
  • Working and improving breathing in physical activities and also when we relaxation.
  • Deepening in stretching to return the body to its natural state and to improve flexibility.

All these concepts are worked through music. Making a trip around different music styles, it searches for motivation in order to enjoy exercise.

After a choreographic training, the path turns towards coordination and body awareness through the development of motor skills thanks to a more intense work aiming at improving a person’s cardiovascular capacity.

On the other hands, it seeks to harmonize our state of mind through concentration and through the promotion of a positive thought to evade ordinariness.
