This activity has the following objectives:

  • Toning up your body in order to deepen and strengthen your articulations.
  • Controlling your motor skills: equilibrium, coordination and body awareness.
  • Working and improving breathing in physical activities and during relaxation.
  • Improving stretching to return the body to its natural state and improve its flexibility.

Music is essential to achieve all these goals. By using different music styles, your motivation will increase and the exercise will be more enjoyable.

After the choreographic training, the exercise focuses on coordination and body awareness and develops your motor skills thanks to intense work aiming at improving your cardiovascular capacity.

Equally, it seeks to harmonize your state of mind by means of concentration and the promotion of positive thoughts to evade yourself from everyday problems.
