This exercise is based on the chain muscle stretching technique, a body practise that releases deep tensions (physical and mental) through the gentle therapeutic stretching, conscious and sustained, which makes the body to return to its grace and freedom of movement.

  • Regulation of the nervous system and, consequently, reduction of stress in a high degree.

  • Delaying the onset of problems in the musculoskeletal system.

This activity is considered one of the best current proposals for the work of the whole body, especially the spine, as it is a mixture of body technique and therapy. It is an autonomous and easy way to work your body as a manual therapist, since the technique has been extracted from osteopathy.
