This dance gets we have a good time and keep fit. It helps you work your spine and hips. Everybody can learn it, men included, even if they get a pot belly stomach, since that it may be possible to love all that current society rejects. Unlike other sports, Middle Eastern Dances work the whole body from the inside and beauty automatically arises, but not as an end, it is just a consequence of the physical activity.

As a physical activity, due to its dynamism it requires a good aerobic fitness; technically, it is not as complex as other dances, because of its popular origin, so that it is possible to enjoy it since the first lessons, though getting an advance level requires years of work.
