Posture Correctness

In full attention and posture correctness lessons we will evenly work muscle tonification and exercises which help us to locate and to free tensions provoked by wrong positions, maintained along time, due to our job conditions, stress, sedentary lifestyle or injuries which have been generating alterations in the mechanics of our organism.

With these two weekly lessons we will be getting muscle strengthening and creating new posture habits which will become an improvement of our life quality.
